Instructions

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour egg mixture into the skillet with sausage. Stir gently until fluffy and cooked through (around 3-4 minutes).
- Sprinkle cheese over the egg and sausage mixture in the pan until melted.
- Slice each slider bun in half. Spoon generous amounts of the egg mixture onto each bun half and cap them off.
