  • 2 cans chopped clams (approx. 6.5 ounces each), with juice
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 cups clam juice or fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the diced bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the chopped onion and celery until softened.
  3. Add diced potatoes along with clam juice or fish stock; bring to a boil.
