- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 tortillas (whole grain or flour)
- 2 cups fresh spinach or lettuce
- 1 large tomato (sliced)
- Cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear. Let cool and slice into thin strips.
- While the chicken cooks, chop spinach or lettuce and slice tomatoes.
- On a tortilla, layer spinach, sliced chicken, avocado slices, and tomatoes.
- Roll tightly from the bottom up, folding in the sides to secure fillings. Cut in half diagonally to serve.
