- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan but keep drippings.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Stir and let simmer to create the sauce.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
