Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan but keep drippings.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Stir and let simmer to create the sauce.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
