Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet until browned.
  2. Blend honey, chipotle peppers, garlic, cumin, and lime juice to create the marinade.
  3. Place the roast in a slow cooker or Instant Pot and pour the marinade over it. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Once tender, shred the beef using two forks.
