Description

Hot Honey Chicken Biscuits are the ultimate comfort food, combining flaky, buttery biscuits with crispy fried chicken drizzled in a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
  3. Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, roll to 1-inch thickness, and cut out biscuits.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While biscuits bake, season chicken with salt and pepper. Fry in heated oil until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes per side).
  6. Drizzle hot honey over cooked chicken and assemble by placing chicken inside warm biscuits.
