  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs (about 1 inch) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs bake, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and cilantro in a small bowl for the dipping sauce.
