Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a delightful snack that combines fruity flavors with creamy goodness, perfect for guilt-free indulgence anytime.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, cream cheese, strawberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut flour until well combined.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally roll some in crushed graham crackers or shredded coconut.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
