- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing until well-coated.
- Slice rested chicken into strips.
- On each tortilla, layer dressed romaine, sliced chicken, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Roll tightly, tuck in sides to prevent spillage, and cut each wrap in half diagonally.
