  • 250g all-purpose flour

  • 3 large eggs
  • 240ml whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the lardons over medium heat until crispy. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder; fold into the egg mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently add chunks of Camembert and herbs to the batter.
