Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into molds.
- Bake crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Layer half of the filling over each crust, add blackberries, repeat layers, topping with more blackberries and chopped pistachios.
