Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Unsalted Roasted Pistachios
  • Fresh Blackberries
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Butter
  • Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into molds.
  2. Bake crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in vanilla.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
