- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 large ripe mango, diced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the mango, dice the avocado, and finely chop the cilantro and jalapeño.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Layer sliced avocado in each bowl followed by sautéed shrimp and top with mango salsa.
- Optionally serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
