Description

Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a classic comfort dish that beautifully marries tender, juicy chicken with al dente fettuccine in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce along with sliced chicken until well coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
