- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fettuccine pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce along with sliced chicken until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
