- Ribeye or flank steak
- Sweet onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thinly slice the beef steak against the grain; dice onions and bell peppers.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until translucent, then add bell peppers and cook until softened.
