Instructions

  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt butter until bubbly.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown.
