Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and melted butter until frothy. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top.
  5. Carefully flip each pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
