  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (3 cups)
