  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and heat through for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked rigatoni, sausage mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
