- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices (or your preferred toppings)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick; cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a scoop of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square, add pepperoni slices and a spoonful of pizza sauce.
- Fold over to create triangles and press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
- Brush tops with olive oil for color and flavor.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
