Description

Cheesy Pizza Pockets are the perfect snack for any occasion, combining crispy golden-brown dough with gooey melted cheese and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (or your preferred toppings)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick; cut into 4-inch squares.
  3. Place a scoop of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square, add pepperoni slices and a spoonful of pizza sauce.
  4. Fold over to create triangles and press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
  5. Brush tops with olive oil for color and flavor.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
