Instructions

- In a clean mixing bowl, whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add sugar while beating until stiff peaks form (5-7 minutes).

- Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes until dry to touch but soft inside.
- Cool, then melt chocolate chips in intervals until smooth. Fill each nest with melted chocolate and top with decorations.
