  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, and half of the cranberry sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties about 3 inches wide and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown.
  5. If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Toast slider buns if desired. Spread remaining cranberry sauce on both sides of the buns, assemble with turkey patties and any additional toppings.
