- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 slider buns
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, and half of the cranberry sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties about 3 inches wide and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown.
- If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast slider buns if desired. Spread remaining cranberry sauce on both sides of the buns, assemble with turkey patties and any additional toppings.
