- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Mix in coconut oil.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, chopped mixed nuts, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Stir maple syrup into the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly set but gooey in the center.
