  • 1 cup mixed nuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Mix in coconut oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, chopped mixed nuts, and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Stir maple syrup into the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly set but gooey in the center.
  7. Once cooled, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top and cut into bars.
