  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita bread pockets
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat with parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
