  • Zest of 2 key limes
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets, leaving space in between.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden; centers should remain soft. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
