  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
