  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 package (14 oz) refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced apples with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface and cut into circles to fit muffin cups.
  4. Place dough circles in the muffin tin and fill generously with the apple mixture.
