- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sour cream, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and eggs until fluffy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes before chilling in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled, garnished with extra orange zest if desired.
