  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sour cream, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and eggs until fluffy.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly.
  4. Allow to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes before chilling in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  5. Slice into squares and serve chilled, garnished with extra orange zest if desired.
