- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and cut them to fit puff pastry squares.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares large enough to encase the salmon.
