- 1 cup mixed vegetables (diced bell peppers, onions, or zucchini)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or sausage (5-7 minutes), then add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
