  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove excess marinade and place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
