  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 package (3 oz) berry-flavored jello
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip until no streaks remain.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer half of the mixed berries on top. Repeat with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, dissolve jello powder in boiling water according to package directions; let cool slightly before pouring over layers.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set. Cut into squares before serving.
