  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 2 (5 oz) cans chunk light tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the wide egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, frozen peas, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Fold in cooked noodles until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
