- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)

- Hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken breasts with taco seasoning and cook in a skillet over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- 2. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- 3. Heat another skillet over medium heat and place one tortilla down. Sprinkle half of the Monterey Jack cheese evenly on it, followed by half of the shredded chicken, then top with more cheese.
- 4. Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Carefully flip and cook the other side until crispy.
