Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, oregano, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover tightly.
