  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the crust: Mix crushed Nutter Butter cookies with melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixing until creamy. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
