- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the crust: Mix crushed Nutter Butter cookies with melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- 2. Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixing until creamy. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
