- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons culinary-grade dried lavender buds
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups filtered water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add lavender buds. Let steep for 15 minutes.
- Juice the lemons to yield 1 cup of lemon juice, straining out seeds and pulp.
- In a pitcher, combine sugar with one cup of hot lavender-infused water until dissolved. Add strained lemon juice and remaining cold water.
- Strain infused water to remove lavender buds before adding it to the pitcher.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
