Description

Lavender Lemonade is a refreshing floral twist on a classic summer drink, perfectly balancing zesty lemon with soothing lavender for an unforgettable sip that elevates any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons culinary-grade dried lavender buds
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add lavender buds. Let steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Juice the lemons to yield 1 cup of lemon juice, straining out seeds and pulp.
  3. In a pitcher, combine sugar with one cup of hot lavender-infused water until dissolved. Add strained lemon juice and remaining cold water.
  4. Strain infused water to remove lavender buds before adding it to the pitcher.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
