  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

  4. Combine the cooked pasta and shredded rotisserie chicken into the sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
