- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the beef, slicing the mushrooms, and dicing the onion.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker with onions, mushrooms, garlic, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
