- Fuji or Honeycrisp apples
- Ground cinnamon
- Brown sugar
- Caramel sauce
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash, peel, core, and chop three apples into small cubes.
- In a bowl, combine chopped apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
- Lay out a tortilla, place about two tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
