Description

Ingredients

  • Medium flour tortillas
  • Fuji or Honeycrisp apples
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Brown sugar
  • Caramel sauce
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash, peel, core, and chop three apples into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, place about two tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
  5. Lightly spray each taquito with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
