- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack mix)
- 1 cup enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning until well combined.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour half of the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot with sour cream and cilantro.
