  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  2. Push the veggies aside and add the ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Layer provolone cheese on top of the cooked steak mixture, cover with a lid, and let melt.
  4. Spoon the cheesy steak mixture into hoagie rolls and serve immediately.
