- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, ensuring no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning with ¾ cup water according to package instructions and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Place bags of tortilla chips upright in cups or bowls for easy serving.
- Generously spoon the meat mixture over the chips.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and cilantro as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
