  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, ensuring no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning with ¾ cup water according to package instructions and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Place bags of tortilla chips upright in cups or bowls for easy serving.
  4. Generously spoon the meat mixture over the chips.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and cilantro as desired.
